Do you handle hoarding or biohazard situations?
Yes. Our King’s Restoration service covers extreme cases such as hoarding, rodent/mice droppings, mold remediation, and biohazard sanitation. We use **protective gear, strict safety protocols, and certified disposal methods** for peace of mind and compliance.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide secure entry instructions, and our vetted team handles the rest. However, you’re welcome to be home if you prefer. Either way, you’ll return to a pristine space.
How soon can I book an appointment?
Most standard services can be booked within **48–72 hours**. Deep cleans and King’s Restoration services may require extra preparation. For urgent needs, call us directly — we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, secure online payments through Shopify, and corporate invoicing for office contracts. Cash is accepted upon request, but digital payments are preferred for records and convenience.
